The companies they work for need to have a contract with a legal structure and will pay that company on a time basis or contract completion. The legal structure is normally a limited company based in an International finance centre and is generically called an umbrella company. If an individual is working from country to country his or her situation becomes complex. An umbrella company solves that by handling all the back office detail especially, but not limited to, banking and cash flow. The contractor is not an employee. He is a consultant and bills like any consultant except we do the billing for him. We also provide international, legal accountancy and what ever other corporate or trust services they want at a fee. We offer a fixed fee service whereas our competitors offer percentages and we offer tailor made solutions without any restrictions.
